ORDERING INFORMATION

If you are not getting a response to emails or shipping confirmation for your order, it is possible we have not received it or it was filtered. Please be sure to leave a message including day and time. Our shopping cart generates an invoice detailing all order info and emails it to the address you submit with the form. Additionally, we will confirm receiving your order within 24 hours via a second email, which will include shipment date. PLEASE BE SURE TO SUBMIT A “VALID, WORKING” EMAIL ADDRESS! We will not be able to process your order if we cannot contact you. Passion For The Past Antiques reserves the right to refuse any order that does not provide a valid, working email address. Any order received without current and valid contact information is subject to cancellation.

AMERICAN ORDERS are gladly accepted, through the site's shopping cart system. All other international orders must be made by contacting us via email or telephone. All international orders may be subject to customs/taxes fees to be paid by the recipient at the discretion of the country in which he or she resides. We have no control of customs/import charges and are not responsible for any charges incurred in your country upon receipt of any order from Passion For The Past Antiques. We reserve the right to verify foreignIP, domain, shipping and credit card information and the right to cancel any order in which verification cannot be obtained. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Packages are shipped all over the world, to countries where the Canadian Government permits shipping goods.  Please familiarize yourself with the customs regulations and laws of your country ... there may be import duty and taxes in your country and these are your responsibility.

OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY: SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

WE HAVE A 100% SATISFACTION POLICY! WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SO PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ALL DESCRIPTIONS, SIZES AND CONDITION INFORMATION! All items are original and are not restored unless otherwise stated; any damages are described and if possible are illustrated in the photos contained therein for each item.

Returns accepted for FULL refund of “purchase price”. We do not refund “shipping charges”. You MUST notify us within 3 business days via email upon receipt of merchandise for return authorization. Items must be received back within 7 business days from notice of return and MUST be shipped back to us FULLY INSURED (for Damages, Loss or Theft). Items not received within 7 business days will be charged a 25% re-stocking charge. NO exceptions! Items returned after 30 days will NOT be eligible for refund. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made only after receipt of returned merchandise in “same condition” as originally shipped, described and pictured on this site. 25% re-stocking charge WILL BE ASSESSED if items are returned without prior authorization or returned without following these written guidelines. Items returned in “different condition” than originally shipped, will not be accepted and refund will not be issued. Items may NOT be sent back to be traded in for store credit beyond our 7 business day return policy. No exceptions!

Passionforthepastantiques.com CANNOT accept returns of JEWELRY damaged after your receipt due to breakage, distortion, loss of stones or other parts, or by application of testing acids or attempts to clean the item or items using improper methods. Partial returns of matching sets or combinations are not acceptable.

Refunds are sent promptly upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please do not return merchandise without confirmation. Telephone 1-416-535-3883. Items lost or damaged during transit will be submitted to the shipper for claim settlement; items damaged or tampered with after receipt are not returnable. You will be responsible for shipping, insurance and duty cost. If you choose to return merchandise without insurance, loss or damage in transit is your responsibility; should such an event occur no refund will be issued for items that are lost or damaged in transit. All our Shipping Prices indicated for each item as shown on the site apply to Canada, except the Northern Territories and Continental USA, except Porto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. PassionForThePastAntiques.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE for theft or loss or customs hold in other countries. Some countries have known problems and we reserve the right to request change of shipping method and cost to include either additional insurance or to another service type which offers shipment tracking if we are concerned about shipping to your country. If a package is lost and was insured, claims will be handled per 3rd party insurers requirements, refund given only when claim is complete. If package is lost and insurance was not available for that shipping method, Passion for the Past Antiques will NOT be responsible.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email after your order is placed confirming availability and informing you of your shipping date. Shipping dates may be delayed due to out-of-office occurrences; you will be notified in your confirmation email of any shipping delays. If you have a special shipping need, we will do our best to accommodate; please don't hesitate to fill out the special instructions box on your order form.

CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS are filled out using the “CORRECT AMOUNT” OF PURCHASE & “ACCURATE DESCRIPTION” OF ITEM as to how it is posted on our site; the item will be checked as “merchandise”. No “dates or descriptions” will be altered “contrary to” site description of said article for sale and sold.
